Katy and Rob BOTH had their hearts broken in the last year and they could really form a strong bond based on their mutual pain. A beautiful relationship could form out of that bond.

Rob reportedly helped Katy through her divorce from Russell Brand and allegedly was calling the star as she struggled with her break-up.

Following the premiere of Katy’s 3D movie A Part Of Me in Los Angeles, Rob partied alongside Katy, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez — noticeably absent was Kristen. Following her admission that she had cheated on Rob, we can’t help but wonder where Kristen was that night.

We have a strong feeling that Katy will reach out to Rob and offer a shoulder to cry on, but will their time together turn romantic? We can only hope! They’d sure make one hot couple!

Katy Perry Without Makeup in Shocking Photo From “Part of Me” Doc

If you think Katy Perry wakes up looking completely flawless, think again! E! News has posted a photo of Katy without makeup from her upcoming Part of Me documentary – and it made us gasp an “OMG!” She doesn’t look bad at all – but she looks completely different. Dare we say…normal. In the photo, she’s smiling backstage, wearing a whimsical red peppermint dress – but we’re guessing you’ll be focused on her makeup-free face.

Katy decided to bare all for the 3D documentary to reassure her fans that it’s okay to have flaws. “When you see the film, it’s a bit scary because there’s a lot of shots of me bloated with zits and normal,” Katy explained to Ellen DeGeneres. “I think it’s important to start breaking down the idea that to achieve your dream you always have to be perfect or flawless or live in some kind of fantasy world. So that’s why I decided to put everything into the film, in the most tasteful way. But mostly it’s about how I go there and the ride along the way which can be bumpy but mostly it was extremely fun.”

Luckily, this photo of Katy without makeup is much more flattering than one her ex-husband Russell Brand once posted on Twitter. For Katy’s sake, we won’t link to that one. Although, last year, Katy told Vanity Fair that she didn’t freak out about the photo. “I didn’t really care. I mean, when I go to rehearsals I look like that,” she said. “I’m every woman. It takes a village to make me who I am…. You don’t have to wake up looking like, you know, Gisele.”

Looks like Russell Brand may be doing some virtual spring cleaning.

Earlier this week, the British comedian, 36, finally unfollowed his soon-to-be ex-wife Katy Perry on Twitter. The pair–who reached a divorce settlement in early February–split ways just before the holidays. (The “Firework” singer, 28, unfollowed her estranged husband almost immediately after their split).

Perry and Brand–who wed in October 2010 in a lavish ceremony in India–had been married a little over a year when the actor first initiated divorce proceedings by filing papers with the Los Angeles Superior Court in December 2011.

Though he boasts over 4.6 million followers of his own, Brand’s latest “unfollow” brings the total number of Twitter users he keeps up with to 77.

For her part, Perry seems equally focused on moving forward; at Coachella last month, the pop star was spotted making out with Florence + the Machine guitarist Robert Ackroyd.

While her fling with the musician is still new, “They’re having a fabulous time,” an insider tells Us Weekly of the pair. “It’s cute puppy love!”

Katy Perry: I’m Going To Have S-E-X With Rihanna

“No, but we’re gonna have sex,” Katy responded.

Yikes! We’re sure Russell Brand and Chris Brown would love that.

Katy Perry Interview Talks Scandalous Positions, Food Poisoning and Being Real! (VIDEO)

Katy Perry sat down for a chat with WiLD 94.9′s Nessa, who probed the singer about letting it all hang out and wearing no makeup in her upcoming ‘Katy Perry: Part of Me’ 3D film. Perry joked “Oh the horror” at the thought of appearing on camera sans cosmetics.

Perry chuffed off the idea that she was brave to forego glam in some scenes, since she wanted to capture the authenticity of her life. “Look, I don’t always want to look bloated with zits, but it’s real,” she said. “It’s human, right? We’re not always so pretty. Sometimes that can bring people closer together.” She likened her decision to put not-so-savory stuff in the film to the first time she experiences something difficult in a new relationship — like food poisoning. When you are parked in the bathroom and dealing with bodily functions and your bowels turning on you, it can improve relations.

“In some ways, that brings people closer together,” Perry reasoned. “You are over that hump. You are a real person. You have real problems. I am not a perfect person.”

When engaging in the 69-second rapid fire, Perry says she prefers good boys, but they sometimes bore her. She broke the rule of only being able to pass on one question by skipping queries about her favorite banging position, the dirtiest place she’s gotten busy and whether or not she’s ever had a threesome! She pleaded the fifth, calling herself a “good Christian girl.”

When asked if she would finally release music with her bestie Rihanna, she said no, but that they will have good time together! Touche!

As for who she’d hump or dump? Drake gets a hump, while Chris Brown gets a dump. What about Eminem? “I like him,” she said. “He’d rap bad about me if I don’t.”
